About Coach Z'en

My credentials include certifications in menopause, fitness and nutrition coaching; GGS Academy Certified Menopause Coach Specialist and Women of a Certain Stage Menopause Coach (current study), Certified Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Registered Yoga Teacher along with certifications in multiple levels of Aerial Arts. My bachelor’s degree from Howard University in Sociology with a focus on psychology and education helped to establish the foundation for the way forward.
My career spanned the decades in corporate legal and corporate marketing. When the opportunity presented a chance to coach and support women, I was there and ready. I operated a fitness studio for 10 years in the city of Milwaukee, WI from 2012 to 2022. What an education that was. Now, I'm "living my life like it's golden" in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
I am passionate about supporting those who are seeking to commit to living the life they desire by making conscious, awakened choices for body-mind balance. I'm here to educate, support and become the go-to coach for women as they navigate from rough to smooth waters of the peri- to post-menopausal journey. Life is what you make it. Create the reality you want.
